I’ve seen a lot of buildings go up start to finish. In a lot of these places like Rex said it’s second and third homes.
I know one that went up here. Rent is 12k a month 4K something sq ft and the developer sold half the units to his homies and half are for rent for rich people.
the tallest building in Minneapolis is nearing completion 50 something floors, the cheapest unit is a half mil I think and goes up to 5 mil or something.
when the city tries to make low income housing most developers won’t touch it. There is only maybe 3 or 4 that I can think of that do then.
just some of the stuff I see here being in the industry.

Mostly because their base tends to be more working class so they don’t have time for this. Whereas the attendees here are a mix of small to mid sized business owners who can take time off to have their egos stroked and be told they are not bad people for exploiting others.
