So apparently Bernie Bro world is mad at Obama because they think he is planning to speak out against Bernie if it looks like Bernie were to start winning the primary.
Even though there is not direct quotes of him saying that, and other sources kinda contradict the source that said that, Obama said he will support whomever the nominee was and he did not talk against Bernie in 2016.

This one is wait and see. here is not a good source on it and it doesn't even make sense. Most Democratic elected officials endorsed Clinton before the 2016 primary started but Barack Obama did not.
I'm sure that Obama would prefer almost anyone but Bernie but if he didn't endorse Clinton during the primary in 2016, it seems doubtful he'd jump in at this stage in the 2020 cycle. Also, why wait until Bernie is running away with it. If Bernie is winning pluralities, candidates are dropping out and Bernie is picking up bare majorities, it would seem a little late to jump in and try to derail his campaign when he's on the verge of winning.
I am paranoid as can be and with good reason. If history is our guide, there will be attempts on nominee and President Sanders' life, the Jeff Bezos owned Washington Post will run fake news stories designed to discredit him, lots of "pro business" moderate Dem governors will endorse Trump in a general, the Fed will keep rates low for Trump and if Sanders wins it will jack up rates 400 basis points on new found fear of inflation. We have an array of bourgeois enemies who actively want to stop Sanders and his movement but based on what we've seen, it's hard to count the former President among them.

If you're talking about a lone gunman emerging from the vast white American lumpen, I agree with you. Sanders would be safer from that threat. However the 1% and the institutions, which they control, will be even more hostile to Sanders because Sanders would threaten their class interests.
