the lebron 7 was supposed to be on nike ID till lebron said no at the last minute.

 

if you add black and red....you CANT add yellow/gold.  green and gold together not allowed. blue and orange NO NO NO

Yea, seeing the options on those soldiers on nikeID pissed me off. What's the point? @$%# you Lebron

 

this whole " The LeBron line is different " isnt relevant to todays sneaker aura...

we are given all these PEs and limited stuff and now all of a sudden Lebron wants to stop.... doesn't make any sense at all....


look how many pairs of the 6s came out.... What.....? Lebron decided this be the year I'ma not release all these colorways....

Lets be real... its deeper than that... The whole Decision played a role if you ask me... Nike afraid to release so many colorways fearing so many ppl jumped off Lebron....

or

due to poor sales in the past they're not gonna release so many this time around.

Im with Fresh.... Im not sure if I mentioned it in the other thread...

I can't get excited about the IX for two reasons... the Hyperfuse Tech and the fact that as the list shows Fuse tech just doesn't give you many color options.. its mostly a one colored shoe with minimal trim.

Whats to be excited about that? As mentioned if I see the one option like the Soldier I will tell Nike to go F them selves.. lol

I just wont get my hopes up for something great as far as color or trim options but will hold out hope it could happen...If not have fun and give us the II, III or VII on ID

 

The IIs and VIIs on ID would be game over. I'll be so damn broke! lol

 

If they put the III and VII on I.D. they don't ever have to retro lebrons. I would make so many damn pairs lol. That's all I need man.

 

I'm sure hyperfuse upper will be great for ball, but i buy lebrons to wear casually. Can't wait to see the pics tho.

Yeah the Lebron line leaves the consumer feeling so unsatisfied.....The 7 and 8 are couldve been great and it almost feels like they held them back from being modern classics.

And also I think you may be on to something, I dont think Lebrons sell like they should or up to their potenial. Every GR colorway sits til the next shoe season and every GR colorway reaches the outlets in MASSES. You have collectors that love the Lebron line because they are pretty much the nicest, highest quality Basketball sneaker that Nike currently makes. But I feel like the average consumer and most Basketball players dont like the line and feel the shoes are bulky and generally bad for Basketball.

 

When the flywire technology came out both Lebron and Kobe eventually had them. I won't be surprised if the Kobe VII will also have fuse tech. hahaha

 

^it depends on the athletes needs. for example, the new generation flywire is found in the kobe 5s and 6s. But lebron has stuck with 1st generation flywire because the new flywire although is flexible and durable, its not as strong and will most likely tear with lebron being lebron. so it depends on athlete most of the time

 

I will DIE if they put that cheap Fuse tech on Kobes. That would suck so bad...... it ain't even funny.

 

am i the only one who doesn't like v3's? those joints are ugly, dunkman colorway or not

but i was referring to a full use. those were only panels on the forefoot and ankle area. but your totally right about that though

 

Yea gotcha. Don't know if this counts but the soldier 5 looks like it will have a larger skinwire panel but it will definatley be heavily reinforced unlike the kobes or hd 2010 so you're right.
