According to Vincent Frank of Forbes, the Eagles and 49ers have talked about a trade. Frank wouldn't provide any further details on trade talks

So tired of hearing how we JUST missed out on elite players every year.

As I said I expect they’ll offer buckner a generous extension between now and the start of training camp, probably pending a physical, per usual.

It’ll probably make him one of the highest paid DTs but it’s worth it. He’s one of the best.
