Was late leaving town for Buffalo this AM and probably could've tried for the drop but was so pre-occupied by making sure I didn't forget anything for the trip that I completely missed 11am.

Oh well, had a hell of a day anyway... 6hr drive, 10 min. stop at hotel, then off to USA-Slovakia World Junior Hockey Championship game. Slovakia won 3-2 in one of the best games and biggest upsets I've ever seen live. Then my girl and I had phenomenal beer and dinner at Big Ditch Brewery here in town. Oh, and some little 10 year old canadian kid told me he liked my Supreme "jacket" ( '16 Navy bogo) in line for the bathroom at the game. I was like "Thanks," but could only think "Damn kid, how do you know about Supreme, lol." Kid got me rethinking my situation...

Anyway, I think I'll use the offseason for poaching deals on stuff I missed in '17. Can't wait to see the SS18 preview.

Hell of a year and damn fun to spend it with all of you.

Tons of dope drops but past year was all about Supreme x LV. That was the gigantic moment that changed the game moving forward. One day we may be talking about the brand pre and post LV. Look what it did in just 5 months: Upped the hype about 300%, forced Supreme to do a new level of bot combat, resulted in what I think was the best season ever (FW17), resulted in the Carlyle Group valuation and acquisition, made the site lag or go down under the weight of new Supremeheads (I will never get over the 1st drop of the clippers obliterating the site), pumped up resell value of items from previous seasons, and now Supreme is on StockX. You could argue that the company way already on an upward trend, but that drop (and the unprecedented level of celeb endorsements) shot the company into another galaxy.

Excited to see where they go from here.
 
Only ended up getting a few things here and there - absolutely love the buffalo Sherpa - but by and large ventured into other brands this season.

I haven't been able to step foot in the SoHo store since last spring, which is crazy. I miss the days of just walking in there without a care in the world. BK store is cool but lining up when there's 10 people inside on a random Sunday afternoon is meh....
