Ordered some hats a few weeks ago, box showed up empty.
Filed a claim that night but it was denied today. I assume getting this waiver they want is impossible and not worth trying? Should I just file a claim with my bank?
contact supreme, they’ll refund. they also have to be the ones to file the claim since they’re the shipped. fedex will pay them out

Anyone can advise on pants sizing? The only pairs of pants I own are all Bonobos or Frame waist size 32, or uniqlo mediums. Supreme tends to follow other brands numbers or no? Thanks in advance!
