yea the midsole, my bad....yours are OG?

The legit older XIs that I've seen do tend to either fade or yellow. Even deadstock ones can get that way too if they're not stored properly. Ihaven't seen that with the black/red XIs, since they have a solid colored sole that the other colorways lack. I think they're the most durable colorwayof the Jordan XI ever released. They're the easiest to keep clean. The carbon shank can crack though, just like all the other versions of the XI. I'veheard sea glow can do wondering with the yellowing, try that.

the reason i ask is because i just received some supposedly "original" blk/red XI and theres no yellowing on the midsole, the size tags are missingalso, so i was kinda skeptical, if they are 14+ yrs old, should they atleast have sum yellowing on the midsoles

I posted in your legit check thread - they are legit. My pair of OG's has ever so slight yellowing on the midsole. When you wear them on a nice sunny dayyou can't tell but inside the house it can be somewhat noticeable.

I have seen plenty of black-reds with yellowed red soles, they get a sort of tint to them and looks disgusting like cafeteria food, everyone needs to stopthinking they cant yellow

No, unlike the other XIs, the black/red XIs are pretty much impervious to yellowing. If worn, the red soles can fade slightly, but if kept DS, they shouldremain perfect. Not even silica gel is necessary.
