OK NT... What Can Be Done With This Situation??

Cliff Notes:

My moms transmission fails in her Malibu.
Pays $1700 for repair.
This was almost a month ago.
The Guy STILL hasn't fixed the car.
He keeps coming up with lame @#% excuses.

Here's the thing tho. The lame she gave the $$$ to is my cousin's boyfriend of 17 years.

He's a bum, and he likes bragging to everyone about how good he is at working on cars.

I tried to call duke while I was on break at work, and he didn't answer.


For my non-violent NTers... how can I handle this situation?

Because I'm on the verge of going to his house with my dudes and some of my cousins, and either getting the money back, or bodying him.

This %%%* is really getting ridiculous.

Omg.

Same thing happened to me in '05. Wasn't family though.

Dude was buyin' heroin with on my dime...

All in all, it looks like you'll have to tow it out of there and get it done by an actual mechanic.

Legal stuff would only drain more time and money.

Just step to him like a man. Let him know that the time is OD and he needs to either repair the car or refund the money. Your cousin needs to say something aswell.
 
Go to his crib w/ some of ya boys and get ya mom dukes change back and take the car to sombody else. If he wanna be a hard +#$, then violence is the only othersolution

. i wonder how old they are. but i suggest small claimscourt or charge this man up
 
Go to his house with a bunch of your people to warn him to get the job done in the next few days or there will be problems.
