Old Military IV Sample / P.E. ?

I was watching the Jordan Heads documentary trailer again and noticed something I didn't see before.



Starting at 3:30 there's a pair of Military IV in the background on the left side with a blue portion on the upper rear by the tab that I haven't seen before. Has anyone seen these? Maybe samples / P.E.s?

Sorry if this is old, just haven't seen this before and was curious about them.

Hmm... Ive never seen those before, but I do remember some IVs that never actually dropped with same color placement only the blue was black. Anyone still got the pics ?
