I go TTS on hoodies. 5'7" / 140 and I wear a small. Medium is passable with a few hours in the dryer, but small is best.

taped seam stuff generally runs big IMO. The 2 times I have tried them in the past, I wish I sized down.

there's not a lot of room in the shoulders and arms for people that lift so size up if you lift go tts if skinny and maybe size up if heavier
