Oovoo.com wont load for me/download.. Anyone else?

Im trying to get on oovoo.com, it wont load on any browser for me(firefox,chrome,IE) but it allows me to open it in a proxy but i cant DL it in proxy. I found a DL link on download.com or whatever, but then i get an error when trying to download it. Anyone that can help?
