it's pretty good, but living in Houston, good cajun food
isn't as hard to find as it is in other places. When I lived in Colorado, Pappadeaux was heaven...

Closes thing to cajun in my area is popeyes and joes crabshack. We need variety out here man

I'm a harsh critic of creole/cajun food and their stuff was pretty decent, can't even front.

I went to one in Dallas last year.

I've never been to one, but my best friend lived in Dallas for a couple of years after high school.  He still talks about how good that place is and that was over 10 yrs ago.  Matter of fact he was talking about it just a couple of days ago.
