Federer doesn't have an Olympic Gold in singles and Nadal won his singles gold in Beijing.

Today sealed the deal for me, especially after beating a young hungry lion in Alcaraz, who is one of the best if not the best player today.

I personally don't like GOAT discussions cuz I don't believe you can compare generations... but if you are looking at it purely from an achievements and statistics aspect, then Novak is easily on top, even without the OG gold. I would take it a step further and take Fed out of the convo cuz he, statistically, falls short of both Novak and Rafa.
