Repainted anything is going to hurt the value, and it looks like the midsole as well as the red is repainted. Thats if those are your pair up on eBay in sz, if not same thing applys anyhow.
If NDS and left alone they could go from $400-$600 online increasing in value due to the condition, but after getting repainted and having no box you'd prolly to get $200.

i know the condition isnt the best but since i dont see them around on ebay or anywhere else it is hard to estimate a price
