unless pujols doesn't want to play in a cards uniform, and he told the team to trade him I'd believe it, but for now I'm calling ducktales on espn.

i think they should do it cuz St. Louis wont give pujols the amount of money hes asking for 10 years 27.5 million or something that exceeds that. you might as well trade him for howard and get something in return. howard of course isnt pujols but hes better than nothing. the Cards organization does not want to lose pujols to free agency and again ur getting ryan howard not a bunch of prospects kinda of like the Jays in the halladay deal

but Pujols is a free agent after next season, and if the Cards ain't gonna pay him a bajillion dollars, they might trade him.

No way this happens. They might entertain the idea, but I can't possibly see the Cardinals letting go of one of the best hitters of all-time.
