i've tried looking through the archived PS thread but none of it made sense. I'm technologically ******ed with PS so i need some help.
let's say i want to put a picture of a head onto the body of another body, how do i go about doing that?
So lets say I want to cut out the head of this picture:

And place it onto the body of this picture, replacing snorlax's head, how do i do it?

Use the Polygonal Lasso tool to select the head. Then copy and paste.

How do you mess around with the size of the face that you put onto the 2nd image?

You can free transform it. Have the layer with the face selected, and press control/cmd and t and you should see brackets that you can use to adjust the sizeof the head.
