"Rob Strongo - and TPU plate and glass fiber plate are also the same thing." I gotta disagree. Everytime I've seen a shoe that had a tpu plate it was just a solid plastic piece. Not woven like a CF piece. "Idea - foamposite and flexiposite are definitely not the same." Could you tell us what the difference is?
babylebron - I can't believe you let those things go. If I had them in my possession I would consider my life to be complete. (As sad as that may sound) And Iguodala breaking the Foams out for AS weekend a few years ago was dope.
The Lebrons are foamposite, the "flexposite" refers to the grooves that they put into the foamposite so it flexes... hence flexposite. (flexible foamposite)
No pics but Nick Young wore the black on black and Dorrell Wright wore the black/red retros this past season
abernja, I wouldn't post those pics of the SKU training website or of the tech sheets. It says on the sheet "For training purposes only; not to bedisseminated to unauthorized personnel," aka, non-Nike employees. I know the information can be found, but I still wouldn't jeopardize my career byposting them.
MAN LOOKIN AT THE OG FOAMS IS GIVING ME A WARM FEELING INSIDE, THESE PICS JUST MAKE YOU WANNA GRAB A PAIR, and i didnt know Andre rocked the blue foams for therookie game ( not feelin the white socks with em though) . Those old pics of Penny are sick, so is the PS pic of Kobe!
Which leads me to this question, somehow: Has Nike ever released a completely blacked-out pair of Foam 1's? I've been "in the game"for a long time, but for some reason I can't recall ever seeing one.
Yeah they just did last year. Two other colorways followed too...one was black and red and the other was black and cactus (think neon like).
