place to party?

so yeah me and my friends are trying to organize a party for my cuzzin and were trying to look for a place around l.a. or oc area. we are looking for maybe a beach house or a condo/apartment that we could throw a party at. any suggestions?

you should look into renting a beach house or something? or have a bonfire? its easy to sneak in alcohol and stuff on the beach, or get a hotel suite just all pitch in $$$
