Please help identifying these shoes

Hi, I'm Aldo from Italy and this is my first post
Could anybody identify these shoes from about 1992. I've spent countless hours online looking for them but haven't been able to find them anywhere.
They look a bit like the Icarus ones but they're different.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
