never pull on the tab, use a shoe horn or loosen your laces.
your going to need a full tab swap, or if you have the tab crazy glue the back part of the tab to the sneaker and again don't pull on the tab.

lol my friend cut it off im going to restore them i was thinking of doing that and get the glue and glue the back tab back on thanks for the help
