men in general make a substantial lesser amount then women...in fact its only a few male actors that get paid in the thousands for a shoot. Hell most just starting out don't even actually get paid....they get a free flight out to the studios, put up in a hotel accommodations etc...but actually see no money.

Girls may make anywhere from upper hundreds to mid thousands a scene whereas a guy is lucky to be paid at all in the beginning and even after that is getting a few hundred a movie...(I mean peter north, Jeremy, lex, etc...are the exceptions) but most damn near make slightly above minimum wage status when you take into account how often they work and get paid...

But when you look at it 24/25k a year free flights, living arrangements etc... and banging hot chics all the time. Many like its a pretty fair trade off considering dudes are paying this and more (especially married guys) on one chic who may or may not be all that, and doing a job they may not enjoy.
