I won't go into detail but Garmin nuvi series are great.. I also like TomToms.

btw, GPS companies are dying, right after google announced free google maps turn by turn for the Droid, GPS companies stocks went downnnn

^^ Google Maps for the Droid is real good... Real accurate, good service and its one less device to carry... And it has traffic warnings...
