are there any lines forming in the portland area for the release of the ps3? if so, which stores at what locations? thanks...

got my 3 60gb's.

got out there tuesday afternoon... rolld 10 deep and got spots 10-20 on lock.

talk about media coverage...

I wish I wasn't here at school and was at home so I could drive the 2 minutes to BB Airport Way and pick those up.

Chilled in the Greenhouse room at Walmart for 28 hours.

Foosball, Pool, Heaters, Air Hockey, Poker, Games.

Plenty of time to sleep. 24 hour walmart at our fingertips.

Got someone to cover me so I didn't miss school or basketball practice.

Got 1 of 4 60 GB Systems.

They said they weren't going to have a line until 10 PM Thursday, my friend and I said that wouldn't work so we started a line outside, the snowball effect was in place and the other spots were filled within a few minutes, there were people on standby waiting for a line to start. Management honored our line and hooked us up in the greenhouse with tons of accomidations.

With the effort and $$ spent on ps3.. Nintendo Wii's would've gotten a higher turn around...
