The fact that this thing looks solid TRANSFORMED on an action base gives me high high hopes. Might be the best kit of 2017

I know. It's a heavy price tag, but whatever.
But I'm keeping it on ice for a bit and follow the market to decide if I want to flip or not.
I've been wanting to get a big Lego set for a few years now, but the price always keeps me away.

naw not yet, gonna wait a bit....if things go as planned, I might not cop until next year

Haven't built anything since Since strike build gundam and universe booster a few weeks ago and didn't want to build anything to crazy since we start moving next week so I decided to put together my re/100 GP04 and man am I super impressed by this build. Not a master grade so no inner frame but the level of surface detail, articulation and part separation is amazing considering it's built with all polycaps. Funny how it pre dates the full mechanics 1/100 line but completely out performs them in almost every category other than the inter changeable parts between kits. After the move I plan on painting it up, but that'll have to wait until after ZZ and Hazel Custom.

frenchbreadbuilds frenchbreadbuilds I never bought into the hype of the 1/100 RE & full mechanics lines. To me it's master grade or nothing, well perfect grade too but I've never built one. But since you say the RE has better features than the full mechanics line, I'll possibly consider getting one.

I really like the look of the whole Gundam Project(GP) suits, the first Gundam anime I ever watched was 0083 stardust memory. All the suits from that anime that got a master grade need an upgrade real bad. Us fans have been waiting for many years to get a GP01 Ver 2.0 and it's crazy that Bandai decided to make a real grade first.

I can't speak for other RE/100's but this one gets my consign for sure. I haven't built the older GP kits but I can't imagine that they come close to this interms of detail and I'd dare say even articulation. Bandai did an amazing job giving this guy master grade articulate with out the inner frame. Double bends at the shoulders and knees, abdominal articulation and poseable hip joints. The full mechanics live have the inner frame which is cool(unless you plan on building more than 1 or 2 and then it gets repetitive) but articulation is crap on them, pieces fall off and the over all kits aren't nearly as stable, and they're the same price point. The issues GP04 does have have less to do with its lack of an inner frame and more to do with the MS design, like the shoulders and the chunky cuffs on the wrists that slightly hinder posing of the arms. But all intents and purposes on display this kit looks like a post 2010 master grade without the finicky falling off parts. I can't speak highly enough about it. Once you do the lining, stickers, and paint the details, you've got a master grade kit. How ever oh thing I'll say is being all poly caps msg lead to aging problems down the line in terms of looseness, but other than that it was a quick build with only 8 plates, and a solid 90% of the parts are undergated. And the ones that aren't are hidden completely.

As for the GP line, I'd love a GP01Fb 2.0, next to the GP04 it's the perfect level of bulk.

A preview of what' to come tomorrow when Poseidon arrives, massive beast combiner comparison I will also being doing a Bruticus comparison as I have 4 diff Bruticus, 3 Hasbro with add-ons and Warbotron ver. really want to paint the Warburton ver. into modern military vehicle colors but that'll be awhile

I added ultimate venom and the madness venom both by marvel select but they look good, can' wait til the release of venompool for the symboite collection, still thinking about getting a classic angered toxin since I added the Eddie Brock toxin

^spot on! A damn shame the line got canned before giving us a proper Shredder, Splinter, April, Krang (w/ or without body), and possibly some Foot Soldiers

Found this guy and Donnie/Mikey in my moms garage. Worth anything?

Also found a ton of Marvel Legends toys from late 90’s/early 2000’s and a lot of McFarlane Spawn stuff. Time to hit up hobby shots to have them appraised? Lol

MY haul from TFSource arrived finally(stupid ups) got ranges all week so it maybe a while before I get everything up and pictured

4 Bruticus, l-r Warbotron, CW Dreamwave add-ons, FoC Microblaze/boosticus add-ons, Movie Fansproject add-ons, I didn't think FoC would be shorter than CW but it' all in the feet, and Warbo is huge leaving Movie to be tiny lol, and what' crazy is I'm not even a Bruticus fan I just keep getting good deals on these

Maketoys has come a long way from Paladin/Chaos, and Nemesis Prime, Strike Noir and Thunder Erebus are amazing figures, Maketoys has made me a fan all over again, and the figures have joined the Nemesis Council(Dark 13)

So here are the combiner comparisons along with weapons, Poseidon for me is a great height, fits right in with Nero Rex and Ordin, TFC did an amazing job, this guys heft is unreal, I mean he is heavy, I think only Nero Rex is comparable but still a little lighter, both with all 6 members added, they look good, I'd edge MMC Nero Rex over Poseidon simple by color scheme, if TFC releases a King Poseidon repaint in the white teal gold then I'll def say TFC wins, engineering on both is on par, Poseidon shows how far TFC has come and how far ahead of the game MMC was.
