Posting Pictures, Links, gif's etc.. Vol: Why am I Limited ?

Whats up guys, for some reason I cant seem to post pictures or don't have the options to do so. Every time I create a reply for a topic, all I can do is work with fonts and the available facial expressions. I checked through the "posting pics" thread but to no avail. Anyone know what the problem could be? Anyone else got this issue?

^ your right, it was the browser. I usually use Google Chrome but it works with Explorer. Thanks guys

BTW is there a way to have it work with Google Chrome?
