price of condo units in metro manila

hey guys, i was just wondering what the prices are among one bedroom condo units in the metro?

i'm interested specifically in the eastwood, makati, fort bonifacio global city, and ortigas areas and willing to spend around $100K.

try globe asiatique tower... around 3M gets u a pretty good size. its on edsa mandaluyong area. its exactly in front of the mtr boni station.

For that amount, I think you can snatch a unit at SoMA (South of Market) at the Fort. Same developer as Essensa (judged the best condo in the Philippines). Fully furnished at that. Just not sure about the exact price range.
