property outines vol. conflicting neighboors

is there a website that shows the property outlines for each house..

my dad keeps getting into it with the neighbors about having their pets poo and pee on our plants

the neighbor keeps saying we don't own the side yard of the house..which is weird to me and i just want

some type of confirmation that we do...

go to the city i think or public records, they should have the info. it should also be on your deed/title to the property
