QUESTION ABOUT "CHINESE" FOOD

You ever go to a chinese food spot and try to order some of the exclusive off-menu #$%% you see the cooks eating?

The chinese food available to the public isn't chinese food.....I wonder if they would make me some authentic sh84 if I asked.

Some have a "separate" menu. Some of the best Chinese food i've had was from a hole-in-the-wall take-out place.

Fried Chicken Wings with French Fries. Only thing I get from the chinese spot. Sometimes Chicken Wings with garlic sauce.
