Question for AT&T Heads

I bought my phone (Samsung Eternity) on June 6. I wanted to get the Sony Ericsson c905a but I needed a phone because I was going on vacation and plus there wasno release date on it yet. The Sony Ericsson c905a came out today. My friend's contract expires soon. If she bought the phone I wanted, and we switchedphones (as in putting my SIM Card into the new phone that she bought and her putting her SIM Card into my Samsung), would that be all right? Would I get intoany trouble?

You are straight fam. Remember that is one of the great things about having a GSM phone. That you can switch phones all the time by just putting in the simcard.
