There are a lot of things that go into being the best of all time, and there is never going to be an objective measure to determine who is the GOAT. However, Iwill pick Randy because he could theoretically do what Rice did, but Rice could not do what Moss does because of his lack of physical prowess.
But that is just my opinion. What I really want to touch on is; if you do not realize how rare what Randy Moss does on the field is, from a wide receiver, thenyou cannot be taken seriously as fan of the game. He plays wide receiver like Andrew Jones use to play center field or how Lebron James plays basketball; hemakes it look EFFORTLESS.
