what's the problem?  The main gripe against that thread was that it was becoming too insular.

If it's something that ALL members could be interested in and would want to participate in it should be shared...

I'm not a TAN hater. I've got more than a few posts in there and said numerous times to let the thread rock...but these are the type of posts that give ammo to those that want it shut down. Someone posts something that should've been made into a thread, it gets attention for a bit, then people keep it moving and it's essentially "wasted". I'm just calling it for what it is.

Lemme chill though before this **** gets derailed.

The whole TAN thing seems like a waste of space to me. It would be better if Niketalk had one of those built in scrolling Instant Messenger type programs that people could post in on the front page. I don't know what the are called, but it would be cool to just be able to post in there in realtime.
