fill out an application, most people who fill them out get samples shipped free of charge

i don't think you apply for them. you get them from building relationships with nike media relations or marketing usually. i have been writing for a goodwhile now and after a certain amount of time, they reached out to me to start attending media summits. i am sure a lot is contingent on the importance ortraffic of your blog also. i am also fortunate because i wear a size 9, which is sample size
