Been to the Intercontinental Hotel recently and it was pretty coo. It's a brand new hotel that has a pretty dope bar with nice bedrooms. The view of thecity is cool depending on which floor your looking from. You can walk around with Bloomingdales and the shopping center a block away. The W. is pretty nice...it's pretty expensive though, but you get a really nice view.

The Westin Market is pretty nice...right off Market Street...the Westin St. Francis is on Union Square...

um...thats all that come to mind..they have a lot around that area though...

theres also four seasons on market or ritz carlton I think its on stockton st. , but I'm not sure

The Ritz is a few blocks north of Union Square, up Stockton (and that big +$# hill), but its a beautiful property.

I personally like The Palace (now owned/ran by Starwood). Its accessible, near lots of things and got that old school flavor. I think it survived the big quake1906?

The Marriott in Union Square is nice and it's right in the center of everything.
