My thing is you shouldn't make a claim you can't prove.Fair. But the conversation always ends up with folks demanding proof of God while never accepting they can’t disprove God either. For me, the absence of proof isn’t proof of absence.
If god's existence was a certainty you wouldn't need faith in the first place.
The thinking of the absence of proof isn't the proof of absence in a vacuum just allows for anything to be said without any need of backing it up with proof.
