Retro 4 Toro Bravo Legit?

I just picked up these sneakers at goodwill and didn't know anything about them until I looked them up on line. They seem to be Air Jordan 4 Retro Bravo's, but the tag inside doesn't match up, but it's very close. The Toro Bravo seems to have a 603 suffix, but these have a 600 suffix. Here's my (now canceled) ebay listing, since I don't want to sell these if they are not legit, and also don't want to pass up an opportunity if they are uncommon because of their mismatched tags. Could you please advise me?
