Hi NT, was wondering if anyone had any input on Nike's Free Zilla Trainers? I was thinking of getting a pair for plyometrics/running but wanted to see how durable they are. Do these shoes give a lot of lateral support? I would be looking at these shoes to replace my running shoes for when I go to the gym and whenever I do any Insanity workouts (my running shoes didn't have enough lateral support). Thanks in advance.
