Well, that sucks..

Even though, I never played H2 online before.

I remember system linking Halo CE with all my neighbors

Big Team + Headlong + CTF = Classic

Halo 2 didn't have a time limit when it came to assault as long as you had the bomb in your hands.
So we would hijack the  banshee and bring it back to our base put the dude with the bomb on top of the banshee
fly him towards one of the buildings by the water and keep him there
then start killing dudes till everyone on the other team quit

Halo 2 is definitely appreciated. I was never really good, think the highest I ever got was level 25-28 in Team Slayer but I enjoyed the game.

There were many nights throwing LAN parties with 15 other friends. The trash talking in the house was epic, lol.

Ahhh that's a bold statement... I honestly can't play 007 anymore since it's just so flawed. Back in the late 90's of course it was a staple of middle school sleepovers along with pizza and a 12-pack of Mountain Dew

but as for best game ever I have to go with Super Smash Bros. for N64. Most perfect and well-rounded game I've ever played in my life. Also up there is Starcraft for PC and GTA4 for 360/PS3.

Best maps of any game ever. Honestly, no game I've ever played was as much fun as Halo 2 on xbox live. I was in HS then and my entire grade had our own clan.

Partying up with 15 other kids you know from school and talking trash....

Played that game so much. Halo 3 was garbage in comparison. Even though MW1/2 are fun....they're nowhere near as exciting as Halo 2 was. It's one of the things i remember most about my HS days.

 seriously.  Multiplayer is so broken I almost regret buying it

FYI playing halo 2 today will get you "visual flair" in halo reach.  Bungie will take note of the gamertags of anyone who plays today.

I remember playing with my homeboys till like 1 am, then getting to class the same day, and talking about how we wreckshopped. We were using Halo terms like no-scope, OV, n00b combo, etc... People were looking at us like "$*+ are these guys talking about?"

Damn, I remember being in like three Halo 2 movies hahaha. Director setting it up, telling us what to say, do, etc. The amount of Halo 2 movies made was insane when it was in it's prime.
