anyone else smh @ the fact that dude bought a 20k square foot ESTATE IN MIAMI for $6mill? the real estate market in south florida is horrendous. doesnt look like its picking up anytime soon either.

that was a GREAT investment by dude who copped it. 5 years ago, he wouldnt have been able to get a 2500 square foot condo in Miami for $6 mill. definition of hitting a lick.
