Sam's Club or Costco?

Thinking about joining one of these clubs. Which of the two is better and why?

Costco because of the return policy and because Sam's is owned by Wally Mart.

actually costco has tighten up on their return policy..
but working for both of them, i would go to costco ... kirkland brand

I have a sams membership. It's pretty good, I like their cafe better than costco's, can't beat 2 slices of pizza, a 32 oz drink and a big hot dogfor under $4. Costco's other stuff might be slightly better though.

Sam's Club because when I bought my flat screen the put on the 2 year warranty for free and gave me some screen cleaner for free.
