Time to break out your SBs and wax your boards.
The San Jose Lake Cunningham Regional Skatepark is scheduled to open April 26, but of course that date may change to an earlier date or bumped to a laterdate.� I was able to check the park last week and it makes me want to take out my 15+ year old skateboard and make a few runs.� That's if I can find myboards!� From what I was told from the park's management team, this park is the BIGGEST in California and from what I�saw, they're damnright!��It's something you must see in person.��Professional skaters all around the world are scheduled to be there on opening weekend, including local proskater Steve Caballero.
The only downside on the park is that all skaters must wear protective gear, which includes elbow and knee pads.� That's just extra weight skatersdon't want or really need.
