I sold him a pair of Bronco hi's about two weeks ago, and he now filed a chargeback onto his credit card through paypal...

Anything I could do to let paypal side with me?

Moral of the story... DO NOT DEAL WITH jlamboo

If you shipped to a confirmed address and have a tracking number stating the item was delivered at the buyers address you should be good, they'll just hold on to your money for a while. If not then your loss.

Yeah he is confirmed, and I do have a tracking number stating that it was delivered.

No I haven't. That "ok thanks " was the last I heard of him because the shoes said "delivered" in the tracking. Then out of the blue, I get an e-mail from paypal that he filed a chargeback.

Sent, but I don't think he will send one because I got an email from paypal saying I only have 24 hours to respond... Wow... I hate paypal.

call his state attorney generals office and file a complaint.

i've done this once when some dude bought some shoes off me with his moms credit card without here knowing. i initially called the moms and asked for either my money or my shoes back, moms tried to play the victim role talkin about her card was used without her permission and that her son stole the shoes.

i filed a complaint with the michagan attorney generals office about how her and her son consipired to commit fraud across state lines against me. i called the mom again informing her of it and explaning how fraud across state lines is a federal charge. she started backpacing talkin about, "don't send my baby to jail, i'll give you your money back"

sometimes, credit card companies will reverse a charge by themselves. (without the person knowing, then call them like hey did you buy this) its happened to people ive dealt with.

like people have already , you should have hit him up first...
