School me on copping a motorcycle...something not to high

and no I don't have a motorcycle license yet.

well get your license first. a lot of sellers wont let you test ride any without the classification and cash in hand.

from what I've seen for used bikes with your budget, you could get something with 250-500cc on a newer bike or an older bike with higher cc's.
