I'm looking at Brita and Pur pitchers. I've tried looking at reviews, but the vast majority of them are bias.

What kind do you have and why?

i wanna know too....been thinking of getting one....all the water bottles I go through can't be good for the environment (even though I recycle)

reducing my carbon footprint FTW

i would like to know too.
also are pitchers any better/wprse than the ones you attach to your faucet?

Which one do you have? I've read complaints about the unfiltered water pouring over the top when you pour a glass of water. I've also read about the unfiltered water leaking into the filtered water when the reservoir is full.

i have a brita pitcher and do notice that unfiltered water does leak through the filter. i think every filter pitcher has that problem. you could try one of these other alternatives

tip:

putting cheap vodka through one of these filtered pitchers a few times make the vodka better quality.
