But he definitely gave the impression that he was a brat of some sort. Even from the outside looking in. So not surprised to hear this. Just hope we can get some value in return if he is traded

Tough giving up Swanson - solid middle of order bat to get though

Feels like this is a great trade for us.

Macko is very interesting but if there is one place we are deep as an org it is pitching. And he wasn’t even one of the best couple prospects

Swanson had a great year, but struggled down the stretch. They told us how they feel about him by not pitching him in the playoffs

Teoscar is cheaper than Mitch, and a comparable player (probably better overall), but at the very least more reliable. I dont love rentals but this seems like a really good match

Trading around the margins/using free agency to add a middle infielder would be a great next step

FA to upgrade at 2B will be tough - Correa, Turner, Bogaerts, Swanson ain’t moving to 2B and the 2B market is trash
