Seinfeld Vs. The Office Vol. Kramer/Michael Scott

Like The Office, Love Seinfeld.  I've seen every episode of Seinfeld and it's good and funny because it's actually relatable even 10+ years later. 

Kramer is Kramer.  Michael Scott = Stupid, funny. 

Vote - Kramer (but that's probably because I'm a huge Seinfeld fan)

For me, it's true. Not a big fan of the earlier episodes. It didnt get good until 95-96 season... That why i beleive people that say Seinfeld is not funny are watching the wrong episodes...

The first season was somewhat average but after that its money
