Sex after turning 35 (I think I've hit the wall)

For the fellas (and ladies) here what adjustments did you make when it comes to sex after 35?

Over the past month or so my performance has been inconsistent. I used to be able to get after it 2x a day now I'm once a day or every other day.

I'm either all or nothing when it comes to performance. My girl is understanding of me getting older and what not.

I think I will make a visit to the doctor to get my bloodwork checked when I get the chance.
 
Not watching porn. I workout 3-4 times a week. Not stressed. I eat clean but I do have a sweet tooth.
 
2x a day will lead to eventual exhaustion. A healthy man should probably only be having sex 5-7 times a week.

Take zinc 20mg a day and vitamin d to boost testosterone production. Eat healthy and do squats. Right now since gyms are closed, do a wall squat. Your penis will get a lot of blood flow. That's what it comes down to: oxygen and blood flow to the region. Eat oxygen rich foods with chlorophyll. Sleep, water, less fatty foods (they restrict blood flow).
 
As we age we gotta supplement more and take care of our bodies. There alot of dietary and naturally holistic things you can take to keep things goings. We all go age tho, just gotta do it wit grace.

There's been research that shows certain types of music cause the brain to release dopamine and serotonin.
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps regulate your mood.
It can't hurt to try.

Like I said before, your diet should just be centered around foods that preserve your "legacy."

I supplement with Korean red ginseng and Maca for sexual health, in addition to all my other vitamins.

I’m 34 and in a new relationship, she’s 36 and technically in her sexual prime according to research. I’m probably more fit than her and have more stamina, but once a night or early morning is decent for me/us. The days of all night long are OVER and honestly I don’t miss them, shh is exhausting and I prefer good sleep or a massage.

Very intrigued by “preserve your legacy” foods? Appreciate any more info on what diet you are speaking of.

I was in that thread. You've GOT to eat when you take a zinc pills. I had a small lunch the first time and was feeling nauseous afterwards. Gotta do the celery too. I still remember the first unload, joint was like the Ghostbuster gun.
