Yea "ZERO" NBA experience is wrong, but its not enough to count P as he best basketball player rapper. Shiii even if we are counting P, lets not act like he was a lyrical giant. Youngin's just want to see Shaq as a clown because that's all they seen is him clowning. We knew it was real when he showed up with the Fu Schnickens(of course you don't know who that is.).

If Master P played in an NBA Game next month, he would be considered a ROOKIE and that would be his FIRST game that he has played.
He currently has ZERO NBA Experience.

Percy “Master P” Miller didn’t just wish he’d gone pro, he actually did. Miller signed contracts with the Charlotte Hornets and the Toronto Raptors for brief periods during the late 1990s. Though he never saw any NBA regular season action.

Means nothing. Dozens of players sign NBA COntracts each Jun-Oct and don't make teams and end up playing elsewhere. THey end up retiring with ZERO NBA Experience, just like Percy Miller Sr.
He ALMOST made it and he gets praise for that. Better than 99.9% of the Population.
But he still has ZERO NBA Experience.

But back to the main topic, if we are discussing the best ATHLETE that raps, there is no way you can use Master P since he is a Rapper first and foremost (based on introduction to mass society) and not an Athlete.
