I actually use 15x11x6 boxes and they work perfectly for sizes up to 11. I believe the 12-13 boxes are too snug.

Usually put a layer of bubble wrap around the Jordan box and it all fits in the box.

There's a tutorial that member "acts" made years ago about turning free USPS boxes into big enough shipping boxes. I've been using that technique for years now. It's in the archives somewhere.

How many pairs of shoes do you usually ship? Looks like the link with the shipping boxes are a good shot there cause they're usually a few bucks jut for one box.
