Cause Prometh is only 7% alcohol, but Nyquil is 10%.

Your absolutely stupid. What gave you the idea that drinking NYQUIL might just be a good idea? If you want to get a buzz go get some alcohol you moron.

Codeine is a catalyst so if you have the codeine with prometh it is going to amp the prometh to "more than normal" levels. Thats the idea forprescription medication and in "Lean" its the antihistamine (prometh) at its superpower levels (due to the codeine) that gets you gone.

Not the alcohol, not the prometh by itself, not the codeine by itself.

So in short, drinking nyquil will not only mess up your liver due to the acetaminophen, it will not give you the result youre looking for.
