Sneaker restoration recommendations?

Has anyone ever had their sneakers restored, like a full restoration brought back to life situation? 

I'm looking for someone with experience who can take apart my OG AJ13's upper, midsole, sole and unfog the holograms.  Do a deep clean, full restore, remove factory glue, re-glue and make as new as possible.  

Also not sure about the price or market rate for a job like this.  

I've seen stuff on youtube by Jose Reminisce (RetroSnickers) and Toronto's Heat Ledger.  Jose's work is basically what I'm looking for.  

Any contact info and feedback with people who've done restore work is much appreciated!
